SPW provides a world's best training environment and support for our elite swimmers and coaches, as they push for international podium success at the World Championships in Budapest, the Olympics in Tokyo 2020 and beyond.

We are very proud of our history and traditions including having:

  • 7 SPW swimmers of the 31 swimmers on the Australian team for the 2017 World Championships in Budapest;

  • 1 SPW swimmer on the Australian team for the  2017 World University Games in Taipei

  • 7 SPW swimmers of the 34 swimmers on the Australian team for the 2016 Rio Olympics;

  • 10 SPW swimmers of the 45 swimmers on the Australian team for the 2012 London Olympics;

  • 7 SPW swimmers of the 36 Australian representatives for the 2015 World Championships in Russia.

In the junior/intermediate ranks, we are also well represented with 2017 successes including:

  • 6 SPW swimmers of the 30 swimmers on the Australian team and 1 on the Singaporean team for the 2017 World Junior Championships in Indianapolis, USA

  • 3 SPW swimmers of the 14 swimmers on the Australian team and 1 swimmer on the Malaysian team for the 2017 Commonwealth Youth Games in Nassau, the Bahamas
